In my books I capture what moves me: the big questions of what it means to be human, the silence between thoughts, and the knowledge that arises when you stop searching and start listening. The first three volumes were born as poems and thoughts – unfiltered, in their original flow. The fourth book, 'Being Human – A Travel Guide', answers the big questions in a clear, accessible way.

In "Being Human – A Travel Guide" I show you the shamanic perspective on the world. What is "God"? What is the Spirit world? What is a human being and what is their purpose? Why is life on earth so challenging right now — and how can you engage with it constructively?
Join the shaman Djeli and his granddaughter Elea on a journey through the metaphysical dimensions of being human: the Aura, the soul, the elemental worlds, the spirit world. The book doesn't explain these concepts theoretically — it lives them through a story that carries.
Alongside the philosophical and spiritual reflections, "Being Human" contains a guide to the practice of loving self-reflection — a tool you can use daily, which can be playfully trained in the Gnothi Seauton Web App.
