The subject of data protection is personal data. This is all information about personal or material circumstances of a particular or identifiable natural person. This includes, among other things, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but possibly also usage data such as your IP address. It applies to the visit to the homepage of Dada Chi and the activities that can be carried out thereon; Orders, registration for the newsletter, booking appointments, filling out contact forms. In addition, the privacy policies of external services and/or social networks (e.g., Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Acuity, MailChimp) apply insofar as you use them through Dada Chi.

2. Scope of Data Collection

Once you access Dada Chi's web pages, your access will be stored in the server of SquareSpace. The information includes the request, the IP address, the browser type and the browser language, the date and time of the call, the name and the URL of the retrieved file, the website from which the access takes place, the operating system of your computer and the name of your internet access provider. These data are collected by SquareSpace for technical and statistical purposes only and automatically deleted after 3 months. If you not only want to visit the Dada Chi website, but also want to use it, or would like to purchase items and services, you may need to give the following information: your first and last name, your address, your telephone number and your e-mail address, your PayPal e-mail address or your bank account. The payment details are stored by the used payment provider. The collection of this information takes place

• to process and administer orders,
• to send the newsletter,
• to send access data,
• to contact inquiries,
• to arrange assignments.

If you send a message via the contact form, the content of the message will also be saved by SquareSpace, but not the IP addresses of messages sent via the contact form.

3. Purposeful Use of Data

The data under no. 2 and the following paragraphs are collected by Dada Chi for statistical reasons and to facilitate a smooth functioning of the website. Your data is always used only for its intended purpose and never for advertising purposes. A transfer of your personal data to third parties will never take place without your explicit consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or for the performance of the contract. The transfer to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information is only within the scope of the statutory information obligations, or if Dada Chi is obliged to provide information by a court decision.

4. What Rights Do You Have Regarding Your Data?

You have the right at any time to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your personal data stored free of charge. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact Dada Chi at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

5. Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

11. Contact Form

If you send inquiries to Dada Chi via the contact form, your details will be stored in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there for the purpose of processing the request and, in the event of follow-up questions, with Dada Chi. Dada Chi will not share this information without your consent. The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by email to Dada Chi is enough. The data entered by you in the contact form remains with Dada Chi until you request Dada Chi to delete, your consent to the storage revokes or the purpose for the data storage is omitted. Mandatory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

12. Data Transmission at the Conclusion of the Contract for Services, Products and Digital Content

Dada Chi transmits personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of the contract, for example to the bank responsible for processing the payment. A further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. 13. Use of Cookies

Dada Chi uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website like Dada Chi stores locally on your computer. Cookies allow the Squarespace web server to save preferences and settings on your device that are automatically restored the next time you visit. There are two types of cookies: persistent cookies and session cookies. While persistent cookies remain on your computer for an extended period of time, session cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser window. Necessary cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be disabled. Performance and analytics cookies are only set with your consent. Advertising cookies are not used on this website.

14. Use of Google Analytics

Dada Chi does not use Google Analytics.

15. Newsletter Registration

If you have specifically agreed to receive the Dada Chi newsletter, you agree to receive selected Dada Chi newsletters to your email address deposited with Dada Chi. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the newsletter, by e-mail to Info@DadaChi.com or by replying to the newsletter with the request to unsubscribe.

15. a) Use of MailChimp

In addition to SquareSpace's own e-mail systems, Dada Chi also uses the MailChimp email service from The Rocket Science Group LLC to send the newsletter. Dada Chi will transfer your e-mail address and possibly your first name and surname to MailChimp, however only to be able to send you the information described above by e-mail. Your data will be transmitted to a server of The Rocket Science Group LLC and stored in compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). 16. Service Provider with Regard to Order, Payment and Order Processing

In the context of orders and payment, Dada Chi works with external providers. For the processing of orders and payment transactions and shipping of goods required customer data can be passed on to these external providers, insofar as they are necessary for the transaction.

To process and forward form submissions on the Dada Chi website, Dada Chi uses the automation service Make (formerly Integromat) by Celonis SE, Theresienstrasse 6, 80333 München, Germany. When you fill out a form on this website, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message) is processed via Make and forwarded to the relevant recipient. 16. c) Use of PayPal as Payment Method

If you decide in the context of your order process for a payment with the on-line payment service PayPal, with the thus-triggered order your contact data are transmitted to PayPal. The personal data transmitted to PayPal are usually first name, last name, address, telephone number, IP address, e-mail address, or other data required for order processing. This website may also contain other so-called plug-ins and external service providers to handle, for example, payments or surveys. Instagram is a service of Instagram Inc. With the integrated "Insta" button on this page, Instagram receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of the Dada Chi website. Google uses user data (e.g., IP address, time spent on the form, mouse movements) to verify whether the input is from a human.
